What is the postcode surcharge and why don't you charge it?
REA Group charges different listing prices based on your suburb — up to 112% more in affluent areas for the same digital service. We think that's unfair. Henri.O charges $99 everywhere in Australia. Same price, same service.
Are there any other fees on top of the listing price?
No. $99 is $99. No upgrade tiers, no feature-gate surprises, no annual subscription on top. Agent plan subscribers get unlimited listings included in their monthly fee.
What happens after my 5 free listings as an agent?
You'll be prompted to upgrade to Pro ($199/month) for unlimited listings. There's no obligation — you can pause or cancel at any time.
Can private sellers list without an agent?
Yes. Henri.O supports For Sale By Owner (FSBO) listings. You pay $99, upload your property details and photos, and manage buyer inquiries directly through your dashboard.
Is there a contract or lock-in period?
No lock-in. Agent Pro and Agency plans are monthly. Cancel any time with no exit fees.
Do you syndicate listings to REA or Domain?
Not currently. Henri.O is a standalone destination. We're building our own audience rather than feeding the duopoly. Syndication options may be added in future as an optional paid add-on.
